What we want

  • Sites from 0.25 acres (approx 1,000 sqm)
  • Freehold or Leasehold
  • Existing units from 3,000 to 4,000 sqft (279 to 372 sqm) - larger opportunities may also be considered
  • Buildings capable of Conversion e.g. Carpet/Furniture showrooms, Pubs, Motor trade showrooms.
  • Solus locations or part of larger schemes
  • Trading or redundant Petrol Filling Stations
  • Car parking to front or side for 10+ cars

Where we want them

  • 3,000 head of population within ½ mile radius
  • Prominent suburban locations - District Centres or roadside (not town centre)
  • Sites considered anywhere within our trading area            (as shown on Homepage) including possible relocation sites
