- Freehold or Leasehold
- Existing units from 3,000 to 4,000 sqft (279 to 372 sqm) - larger opportunities may also be considered
- Buildings capable of Conversion e.g. Carpet/Furniture showrooms, Pubs, Motor trade showrooms.
- Solus locations or part of larger schemes
- Trading or redundant Petrol Filling Stations
- Car parking to front or side for 10+ cars
Where we want them
- 3,000 head of population within ½ mile radius
- Prominent suburban locations - District Centres or roadside (not town centre)
- Sites considered anywhere within our trading area (as shown on Homepage) including possible relocation sites

- Business Opportunities
- We are looking for existing convenience store businesses as well as new store opportunities.

- Petrol Filling Stations
- Trading petrol filling stations are also of interest.
