Terms & Conditions
United Co-operatives will pay introductory fees to agents introducing sites, properties for conversion or existing businesses to us, on the basis set out below.
1. Level of fees to be agreed in writing with the Acquisition Manager responsible for the property in question.
2. Fees are only paid in respect of the first confirmed introduction to a site.
3. United Co-operatives will not be responsible for any sub agency or joint agents fees in relation to introductions.
4. Fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing, will be payable only upon completion.
