Livesey Branch Rd, Blackburn – Conversion of Premises
Formerly a petrol filling station, and more recently a motor bike shop, United Co-operatives exchanged contracts conditional on planning and premises licence. Once acquired the Society carried out significant site remediation works to remove the existing contamination and then refurbished the existing building before fitting out as a convenience store. The site lies in an established residential area, on one of the busier roads out of Blackburn Town Centre.
