Church Lane, Saughall - Business Acquisition
Our business acquisition managers spotted the potential in this convenience store and successfully acquired the business in April 2006. The site serves the small rural village of Saughall which lies approximately 3 miles north of Chester. The store, which has a large car park and a sales area of 1,700 sqft, has been re-badged and fitted out to the Society's standards. United Co-operatives have acquired the store and the post office next door and sales have gone from strength to strength.
